We only list what we’ve seen
Every property we represent has been visited, and every owner met in person. We turn down listings we can’t stand behind — which is why our portfolio is 51 properties and not 300.

The numbers come first
Prices, transfer fees, rental history, running costs. You get the full picture before the viewing, not after. No “price on request”, no figures that change once you’re interested.

We’re still here after the handover
Buying is the short part. Most of our owners stay with us for rental management and maintenance — 4.78 on Airbnb across the properties we run, and Superhost status to go with it.
